- Claims submitted for payment in U.S. dollars will be processed in 10 working days, regardless of language or currency.
- Claims can be paid in U.S. dollars as well as 40 local currencies at no extra charge.
- A 24hour hot line is available for eligibility and verification purposes 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Direct reimbursement to foreign hospitals for scheduled and expensive procedures.
- Direct reimbursement to foreign hospitals on an emergency basis.
- Direct deposit to U.S. bank accounts with an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) sent to the employee at their global location as confirmation of payment.
- The ability to understand and pay claims in many foreign languages.
