Daniel S. Glusica

Dan's areas of specialization include executive and employee benefit planning, pension/401(k) design, business continuation and estate preservation. Dan graduated with honors from Washington & Jefferson College, where he served as a co-captain of the football team and president of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. Additionally, Dan served in the U.S. Army for 9 years culminating with his promotion to Major. His last assignment was as an aide-de-camp for a Division Commander (Two Star General). Dan has served his clients in the Washington D.C. area since 1987. He is currently a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and The Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce. Dan is obtaining the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation, which is a joint program of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dan resides in Great Falls, Virginia with his family.

John B. Williams

John's areas of specialization include employee benefit planning, international insurance, and pension/401(k) design. John graduated from the American University in 1986 with a B.A. in Economics. John spent six years in the legal profession working as a paralegal specializing in telecommunications and health care. In 1992, John entered the insurance business with Prudential Insurance Company of America. Shortly thereafter, he left Prudential to join the Employee Benefits Group, Inc. He is currently a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and The Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce. John currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland with his family.

John A. Sanders, CLU

John is a Washington area native and graduate of The Landon School. John went to Washington & Lee University where he was graduated with a B.A. in Economics in 1980. He began his insurance career in 1984 as an agent specializing in individual disability coverage. In 1989, John joined Wolf and Cohen Financial Services, Inc. (the Washington D.C affiliate of the M Financial Group), where he eventually became a Vice President and Principal. John then joined EBG specializing in group benefit consulting, executive benefits, and wealth transfer planning. He is a member of the National Association of Life Underwriters and a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Roundtable. John attained his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) degree from The American College in 1997. John is currently a member of Columbia Country Club where he enjoys playing golf. John is also the current chairman of admissions for The University Club in Washington, D.C. and an avid squash player. John currently lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife and son. John loves to travel with his family and root for the Redskins.
