The Employee Benefits Group, Inc. (EBG) is one of the leading employee benefits brokerage and consulting companies in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Since our founding in 1987, we have grown steadily to now serve over 100 corporate and non-profit customers. Our areas of expertise encompass the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs. EBG has affiliations with over 40 insurance carriers and Third Party Administrators allowing us to offer our clients a broad array of benefits plans in this ever-changing marketplace. In addition, our expertise in working with multi-location organizations and companies has allowed us to expand our client roster from the Washington metropolitan area to companies throughout the United States and around the world.
As a privately held company, we are not burdened by earnings-per-share performance pressure. And, we do not have individual profit centers. This structure gives us the freedom to act in the best interest of our clients. An ability to provide solutions that address a client's full scope of insurance and financial needs is what sets us apart.
